 【2025.9.20】 カナダ釣行記③
今日のヒメマス釣りは良かったです。
ヒメマス10（キープ2）、ニジマス4でした。
ジムにカナダの美しい湖カラマルカ湖に連れて来てもらい、トローリングをしました。
今回は、日本の仕掛けに疑似紅サシとヒメマス寄せジェルを付けたら、魚が食いつきました。
何よりも、自分で作って日本から持ち込んだ仕掛けで釣れたことは、とてもうれしいです。
貴重な機会を作ってくれたジムに感謝です。ありがとうございました。
Today's kokanee fishing was good. Catch was 10 kokanee, 4 rainbow and 2 keep. Jim took me to beautiful Lake Kalamalka in Canada and we were trolling in his boat. This time, I used maggots and kokanee gel on my Japanese rig, and the fish were biting. Above all, I'm really happy that I was able to catch a fish using the rig I made myself and brought from Japan. I'm very grateful to Jim for giving me this valuable opportunity.Thank you so much.
【2025.9.21】 カナダ釣行記④
カナダでの2日目の釣り。オカナガン湖に行って、とても満足のいく釣りになりました。
ヒメマス、ニジマス各5匹でしたが、最大のニジマスは、60cmオーバーでした。
日本のヒメマス仕掛けは、アタリが少なく、直ぐにニジマスも狙える仕掛けに交換。 ジムからは、色々アドバイスももらえ、来シーズンに活かしたいです。
多くの日本の釣り人の夢、カナダでの釣りが叶ってうれしいです。 2日にわたり案内してくれたジム、ありがとうございました。奥さんにも感謝です。
ラストの釣りは、23日に日本人の友人とサケ釣りをします。
The second day of fishing in Canada. Today we went to Okanagan Lake and had a very satisfying fishing experience. Catch was kokanee 5, rainbow 5, the largest rainbow was over 25 inches. This time, since the Japanese rig wasn't catching many fish, I switched to a Jim rig, which I can catch also rainbows early on. And the lake was so big and beautiful, it felt like fishing in Puget Sound. I was very happy to be able to ask Jim about the questions I had about fishing in Japan. I hope to use what I learned next season. Most Japanese anglers aspire to fish in Canada.I am very happy that my dream has come true this time. Thank you to Jim for your fishing guidance and helpful advice over the two day. And I also thank his wife for taking care of me. My final fishing trip will be on the 23rd, when I will go salmon fishing in Puget Sound with a Japanese friend.
