【2024.8.27】 流しそうめん
福島市の吾妻山山麓にある吾妻庵の流しそうめん。
涼しい感じ満点です。
微温湯温泉とセットにすると完璧です。
"Nagashi somen" is a Japanese summer tradition. Cold mountain stream water is poured into a channel, and the noodles are washed down the drain. When we scoop up the noodles with chopsticks and eat them, we can feel the coolness.
【2024.9.2】 山形の旅
山形に美味いものを食べる旅に行って来ました。
米沢牛、そば、アユの塩焼き、みんな美味しいです。
I couldn't go fishing this weekend because of the typhoon. Instead, I went on a trip to eat delicious food. The grilled wagyu beef, soba noodles, and salt-grilled "Ayu" were all delicious.
