 【2021.5.2】 イチゴアイス
３kgのイチゴ、砂糖、レモン果汁、生クリームを使って、52個のイチゴアイスを作りました。
一晩冷凍庫に置けば完成です。
親戚の子供たちにも人気のアイスです。
I have made 52 strawberry ice cream with 3kg strawberry, sugar, fresh cream and lemon juice. Leave it in the freezer one night and it will be done. It is also popular with the children of my relatives.
【2021.5.4】 ヒメマス釣り
沼沢湖ヒメマス釣り、５時間で31匹でした。
今回は２年ぶりにヒメマス寿司を作りました。
ヒメマス料理の中でも一番美味しいと思います。
I also went kokanee fishing. Catch was good, 31 kokanee for 5 hours. This time I make kokanee Sushi after 2 years. I think that’s most delicious dish among kokanee dish.
