 【2020.8.7】 手を伸ばせばすぐに
沼沢湖ヒメマス釣り、17匹でした。
この釣りの楽しいところは、手を伸ばせばすぐに水面に触れることが出来ることで、特に夏はとても気持ちいいです。
Today’s kokanee fishing. Catch was 17. The fun part of this fishing is be on the water. I can touch the water as soon as I reach out and it's very nice, especially in the summer.
【2020.8.10】 自家製燻製器
ようやく自作の木製燻製器が出来ました。
電動ファンで内部に風を通すことができます。
早く美味しい燻製を作りたいです。
I have made a handmade wooden smoker. A rechargeable electric fan allows to blow air inside. I'd like to make tasty smoked.
【2020.8.12】 夜電気アジ釣り
また、新潟に夜電気アジ釣りに行ってきました。
今回はアジ38、サバ５でした。
電動リールを使ったこの釣りは、魚が掛かったらスイッチをひねるだけです。
釣りというよりも作業かも・・。
魚は塩焼き、干物、燻製、刺身でいただきます。
明日、早速新燻製器を使ってみます。
I also went horse mackerel fishing in Japan sea, catch was horse mackerel 38 and mackerel 5. In this fishing I’m using electric Reels, once the fish is hooked, simply flip the switch. It may be more like work than fishing. I’m going to make several dish, grilled, dry, smoked and Sashimi. Tomorrow I immediately try to use new smoker.
